Cupping (Hijama)
therapy
Ancient Egyptians were the first to use cupping therapy systematically. Ebers papyrus, the oldest medical textbook approximately 1550 B.C., describes bleeding
by cupping in order to remove the foreign matter from the body.

WET CUPPING(HIJAMA)
Wet cupping is the process in which a cup is placed on specific areas of the body
and negative pressure applied(vacuum) in order to collect the blood in that area with incisions(small cuts with surgical blade) to remove 'harmful' blood that lies
just underneath the surface of the skin.

DRY CUPPING
Dry cupping is a less invasive technique without the incisions. The suction created on the cup accumulates the 'harmful' blood, which activates better flow of blood rich in oxygen and help with healing of deep scar tissue in the muscle, swelling, relieve pain and boost the immune system.

Cupping is very beneficial in improving general health and well-being. It can help with conditions such as:
-
migraine, headaches
-
pain in the neck, back and stiff or swollen joints
-
muscle injuries
-
high blood pressure
-
psychological disorders
-
insomnia
-
infections
-
diabetes
-
allergies
-
kidney problems
-
constipations ,digestive problems
